3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us which will include a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. At this time, we do not ship to international destinations.
5. Undeliverable Packages
If our courier partner is unable to deliver the package after 2-3 attempts, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange for re-shipment, which may incur additional shipping charges.
6. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
